Get ready for RIBFEST! August 15th to 17th 2025.
Held at Victoria Park, Cobourg, the 16th annual Northumberland Ribfest & Music Festival will be a blast! Each year, the number of visitors gets bigger, the food gets better and the Rotary Club of Cobourg is able to do more in the community and abroad because of your support. Bring your lawn chair or blanket and claim your spot in front of the bandshell. There’s free entertainment every afternoon! This event is a fundraiser to help the Rotary Club of Cobourg support worthy causes at home and abroad. Our August Ribfest weekend is one of three major fundraising activities the Club undertakes.  First on our list is the legendary Billy Bones BBQ. Billy Bones also offers a great variety of barbeque sauces, rubs and hot sauce.  The Silver Bullet team is from Guelph, Ontario and participates in over 20 shows a year. They have been making delicious BBQ ribs, chicken, and pulled-pork for over 10 years.  Uncle Sam’s BBQ from Albuquerque, New Mexicois back with us for another year! In 2008 the media chose Uncle Sam as Best Sauce and Best Ribs.  You haven’t tasted ribs until you’ve tasted Boss Hog’s. The Boss was the 2008 People’s Choice winner! |
